Bekerja dengan MyCloudIT untuk membangunkan Aplikasi Cloud TrakGene Genetics

Sepanjang enam bulan lalu kami telah berbaloi dengan Conexlink, sebuah syarikat yang berpangkalan di Dallas yang mengkhusus dalam Perisian sebagai Perkhidmatan dan teknologi Awan melalui MyCloudIT, untuk membangunkan versi TrakGene Cloud yang boleh digunakan pada Microsoft Azure. Didorong oleh keperluan ahli genetik untuk dapat mengakses rekod pesakit dari mana-mana sahaja, kami telah bekerja keras untuk mencari penyelesaian untuk menggunakan TrakGene sebagai aplikasi berasaskan awan yang boleh diakses dari jauh.

MyCloudIT offer a user friendly interface with Microsoft Azure’s cloud platform, along with a suite of automation tools that make deploying applications on Microsoft Azure a straightforward process. We needed both a remote application server and cloud database server, both of which we were able to provision through MyCloudIT.

Keeping costs low was a crucial aim so that we could offer TrakGene Cloud at a competitive rate to our customers. MyCloudIT’s automation tools that allow cloud server available to be scheduled to particular times of day in any timezone allowed us to control our costs.

Deploying cloud based applications and databases in a secure way is an involved process and we were delighted to be able to work with MyCloudIT who are experts in their field. We are also delighted to be able to offer a cloud based solution to users who don’t have a suitable IT infrastructure in their own organisation and to organisations who want to deploy TrakGene on their own Azure platform.
