We were contacted earlier in the year by the Folkh\u00e4lsan Genetics Clinic in Finland, who were looking for a solution to managing genetics patient information. They were using a combination of tools, including a homegrown Access database. They were finding it difficult to extract the information they wanted in a useable format and were looking for a pedigree drawing tool.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre solution de base de donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, nous avons pu aider la clinique de g\u00e9n\u00e9tique Folkh\u00e4lsan \u00e0 organiser ses donn\u00e9es dans un format structur\u00e9 et \u00e0 les migrer vers TrakGene. La clinique de g\u00e9n\u00e9tique Folkh\u00e4lsan, compos\u00e9e de 7 utilisateurs, dispose d\u00e9sormais d&#039;une base de donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9tique unique qui stocke tous les dossiers g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques des patients en un seul endroit dans un format utilisable, avec des fonctions int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de dessin d&#039;ascendance.<\/p>\n<p>Une formation sur site a \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9e parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 l&#039;installation pour garantir que tous les utilisateurs soient bien accompagn\u00e9s dans le passage au TrakGene.
